Shipping policy
1. Where do we deliver to?
We currently ship to all UK addresses, we do not provide an international service at this time.
2. Processing time
Our processing time is 1-3 working days. We aim to dispatch any orders as soon as possible.
Orders Placed Friday- Saturday- Sunday will be posted on Mondays. On Bank Holiday Mondays, orders will be posted on Tuesdays.
3. Delivery Costs
FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery on all orders.
Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1pm next working day £9.00 (Monday to Friday)
Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery £3.50
Royal Mail Tracked 48 £3.50
Royal Mail Tracked 24 £2.90
4. How long does delivery take?
Our gift boxes are send Royal Mail 2nd class as standard delivery which aims to deliver between 2-4 working days. However, these delivery times are dependent on Royal Mail and sometimes there can be delays, during busy periods, such as Christmas or strikes.
Royal Mail 1st Class, usually take 1-3 working days to arrive.
Please note that these services are not fully tracked and updates are only available once delivery has been attempted.
Deliveries can take up to 10 working days, in some rare cases, so please do allow for the full 10 days delivery time if your parcel is delayed.
Royal Mail signed for is a fully tracked service and can be selected at check out. For orders required quickly, please choose special delivery.
5. Lost/ Late Delivery
If your order has not arrived after 10 working days, please get in touch so that we can arrange for a refund or replacement to be sent to you.
If an order is lost due to an incorrect address, a refund/ replacement cannot be issued. Please double check the delivery address before ordering, especially if your order will be delivered straight to the recipient.
If an order is returned by Royal Mail, due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee will be charged before a replacement can be posted.
We accept returns on unopened and unused items only. A return request must be opened within 14 days of delivery. Customer will have to pay for the return postage. We do not take any responsibility for packages lost in the post whilst being returned so please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage until your return order has arrived to us.
